Roube o livro – David Horvitz

David Horvitz’s artist’s book “How to Steal Books” is a guide on how to steal books.
He details 80 ways to steal a book, from the most practical to the clever, imaginative, and romantic. The piece is anachronistic: our main source of book buying becomes the impersonal online stores (which purport to offer a personal experience) and it is almost impossible to steal something spontaneously, and the act of disobedience becomes a story of the past.

This project by David Horvitz with Taube Edition is a translation and publishing work in progress. Each language was done with an editor from the corresponding language region.
